80's Quilted Skirt Nylon Padded High Waist in Black ~ size S-M

Amazing 80's vintage high waist quilted skirt, diamond seams, lightly padded, beautiful gold buttons. Fully lined, the original lining ha been replaced, please see last photo for original tag, which has been covered by the new ling.

Size tag reads M, seems more appropriate for size S.
